How can Salesforce use machine learning models , to retain top talent ?


As a Data Scientist Consultant Intern at Salesforce, I built a predictive model to address employee turnover. Utilizing internal performance metrics, I was able to develop a model leveraging Python that achieved a 98% recall rate, which means that 98% of our predicted employee actions (to leave) were correct. This project allowed us to identify employees at risk of leaving, providing actionable insights that helped management proactively retain key talent. I also presented these findings to senior leadership, offering clear recommendations for churn mitigation through visualizations and data-backed strategies.
