How can Salesforce use machine learning models , to retain top talent ?


As a Data Scientist Consultant Intern at Salesforce, I built a predictive model to address employee turnover. Utilizing internal performance metrics, I was able to develop a model leveraging Python that achieved a 98% recall rate, which means that 98% of our predicted employee actions (to leave or stay) were correct. This project allowed us to identify employees at risk of leaving, providing actionable insights that helped management proactively retain key talent. I also presented these findings to senior leadership, offering clear recommendations for churn mitigation through visualizations and data-backed strategies.
